٭ Write up and negotiate your offer
٭ Once your offer becomes a contract, I will:
- fax it to your lender, attorney and supply you with a copy.
- Help to arrange a home inspection.
- Attend the inspection.
- Remind you about final walk through.
- Schedule and attend the final walk through.
- Be present at closing.
As an agent representing you while you are selling a property I will:
٭ Visit your home and explain the process of selling.
٭ Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis to help you price your property properly.
٭ Explain the terms and conditions of the Listing Agreement.
٭ Estimate your net proceeds.
Once you decide to place your property on the market, I will perform the following:
٭ Put your home in the Multiple Listing Service to make other realtors aware of it .
٭ Prepare a marketing plan that will include:
- Posting information about your property on the internet:

٭ Make yard signs, directional sings and a key box available
٭ Perform feedback services
Once an offer on your property comes in, I will:
٭ Present the offer to you in a timely manner
٭ Negotiate the terms and conditions of the offer
٭ When the offer becomes a contract, I will:
- fax it to your attorney and supply you with a copy
- Assist an appraiser in scheduling his/her visit to your property
- Update you on the process of the buyer's loan application
- Schedule final walk through
- Attend the closing
